Indoor Reservations

Book an indoor table using the confirmed launch rules.

The public reservation flow follows the source-of-truth specification: 15-minute slots, lunch and dinner service windows, indoor-only launch logic, request-only handling for 7-10 guests, and phone-only handling for 11+.

Service windows

Lunch: 12:00-14:00, last reservation 13:15

Dinner: 17:30-23:00, last reservation 22:15

Grace period before no-show release: 15 minutes

What happens next

Indoor tables only. Outdoor summer tables are intentionally excluded from launch reservations.

1-6 guests are confirmed automatically when an indoor table setup exists.

7-10 guests go into a manager review queue even when the system can see a workable setup.

11+ guests stay phone-only so the team can protect service flow and walk-in flexibility.
